For those who prefer to dine in complete privacy, our private dining room offers a secluded setting within Chambres d’Amis. The room seats 6 to 14 guests around a bespoke table by Belgian artist and designer Thomas Serruys, with an artistic intervention by the Panamarenko Foundation adding a distinctive presence to the space.

For larger groups, Chambres d’Amis can be reserved in its entirety. Together, the private dining room, bar, terrace, main dining room and open kitchen form one private setting for your group.
The occasion can begin with an aperitif in the private dining room or on the terrace, followed by lunch or dinner in the main dining room. The restaurant can accommodate up to 36 guests for a seated meal and around 60 guests for a reception.
Exclusive hire is suited to corporate events, product launches, family celebrations and cultural gatherings. Each occasion can be tailored to the group, with complete privacy and a personal welcome.

Beyond Chambres d’Amis, chef Matthieu Beudaert, Artist in Residence at the Royal Museum of Fine Arts Antwerp (KMSKA), creates site-specific dining experiences where gastronomy enters into dialogue with art, architecture and place.
Previous commissions have taken place at the Royal Museum of Fine Arts Antwerp (KMSKA), Museum Dhondt-Dhaenens, Woning Wassenhove by architect Juliaan Lampens, as well as in galleries, foundations and private collections.
Rather than beginning with a menu, these projects often take their starting point from a work of art, an exhibition or a building. The cuisine is conceived in response to its surroundings, creating a dialogue between food, art and architecture.
From an intimate dinner for ten guests to a large-scale cultural event, each commission is approached with the same craftsmanship, creativity and attention to detail that define Chambres d’Amis.
